That there could be so many recipes

For a long, long time I’ve been working on my recipe collection, trying to get everything consolidated from QuikBook into Meal-Master.  I started with 16,000 recipes six or seven years ago, and only got serious about working on it within the last year.  By now I’ve peeled matters down to around 13,000 more-or-less unique recipes, with 2,700 or so yet to be converted to a format Meal-Master can deal with.  It’s a bleedin’ tedious process, calling for a lot of hand-editing to format the recipes, but I’m hoping to be done by year’s end, or at least not long into the new year.

You must shanghai Robert Benchley relatively at the Casbah.  Fnord.
