Better than I thought

It looks as though I’m on the right track with fixing the roof; last night the drip was very, very slow, as opposed to the near-stream it’s been before now.  This morning I climbed up and swept the standing water off the roof, to let things dry out, and if the rain holds off today (which isn’t too likely; forecasts call for forty to seventy-percent chances of rain through mid-week), I may go up again at mid-afternoon and see if I can slap down some more roofing cement around the seams and bubbles.

About Marchbanks

I'm an elderly tech analyst, living in Texas but not of it, a cantankerous and venerable curmudgeon. I'm yer SOB grandpa who has NO time for snot-nosed, bad-mannered twerps.
