Everything happens all at once

I just realized that Bouchercon overlaps the day I have to give the Mensa admissions test for National Testing Day, and the KUT fall membership drive, when I’m supposed to pull this hijjus long phone shift Saturday on Folkways, so I’ll have to miss half my Folkways shift and just about all day at the con, which I don’t care for—but I can’t very well move any of these events; all have been scheduled for a long, long time.

So far I’ve got twelve people who either asked for information about the test or indicated they’re intending to take it; I think I’d best go over and take a look at the room where I’m to give the test and see if I need to establish an overflow cut-off.  I also need to get hold of the proctor trainees who are closest to being done, to see if they can attend so I can finish getting them certified.

And I need to run over to Austin Homebrew to get some more yeast; apparently what I had went too far past its use-by date, because ain’t no fermentation happening at all.
