All right

I got the tiles down in the entry, except for four that will take some scroll-saw work to fit around door frames and such.  I tore off all the three-inch baseboard in there so L can patch the drywall and we can put in six-inch baseboard to match the front half of the house—and found, in the process, a dirty great hole to the outside that needs to be stopped up directly.  Shouldn’t wonder if that was one place the rats were getting in, not to mention the heat and air conditioning getting out.  <sigh> Time to go buy another can of urethane foam.

About Marchbanks

I'm an elderly tech analyst, living in Texas but not of it, a cantankerous and venerable curmudgeon. I'm yer SOB grandpa who has NO time for snot-nosed, bad-mannered twerps.
